You posed some great questions and I am going to try to answer them. First off the voting will be done here on my blog.

Secondly as to the size of the picture/image all I can say is visit link that I am going to be posting below and click on the pictures of both dogs as this will take you to the full size image. I would say just go based on those two and you will see what is a decent size. Just use them as an example. I usually scale the pics down to a thumbnail for the blog post and have that linked to the full size image.

Thirdly I had not thought of artwork but as long as it is artwork that you create using your own dog I will accept that as a valid entry. Just make sure that you capture your idea of Christmas.

In addition a little hint for all that read the comment section. As I stated in the blog post, I am letting each of my boys select one entrant to add into the top 5 that will move on to voting. So for the hint I will give the ages of my boys 10, 9, 8, 7, and 3. I will have NO part what so ever in helping them decide. So therefore it is children that will decide so please feel free to capture your idea of Christmas as there is no right or wrong way to do this. My only requirement is that YOUR dog is present in the picture/image.

This sounds interesting... You say the public will be doing the final voting... will that be on this site or on some other site. Is there a picture size that is recommended... resolution size, etc.? We have Pembroke Welsh Corgis... I have a blog about them-- Grammys Corgi Country- on Today.com.

Do the pics need to be photos or can they be artwork as I do pastel and graphite drawings of my babies a lot, a few of which can be seen by clicking the Lulu.com link on my blogsite.

I will be interested to get your responses... I've only been blogging a little over a week, and I am trying to check out some other sites to get a handle on how things work.
